Troubleshooting Installs
Pack does not appear in my library
- Confirm you are signed in with the correct Braid account
- Refresh the marketplace library page
- For paid packs, confirm checkout completed successfully
Install fails from the CLI
Run:
braid marketplace library
braid marketplace install <slug>
Then check:
- the slug matches the pack in your library
- the pack is not blocked by a security scan
- the target tool is installed and supported locally
Checkout completed but install is still unavailable
Wait a moment and refresh the library. Paid checkout access is granted after the checkout flow finishes processing.
Pack is blocked
Blocked packs cannot be installed. Wait for the seller to publish a clean version.
